About *starShop

  *starShop is a professional and powerful billing, monitoring and management system based on Asterisk Open Source PBX for Calling Shops, Internet cafes, libraries, schools, hotels and any hospitality place that provide phone calls for public use.

The system can be used in a postpaid or prepaid mode (*starShop Professional) and can generate cards with PIN codes to use with the integrated IVR system.


Scenario

An Internet cafe/callshop customer enters in a phone booth and places a call by dialing the destination number. *starShop keeps track of call details, and calculates the corresponding call charges in real-time.

When the customer hangup, the operator presents to the caller a bill for the call(s) he/she has made, according to the rates for each country called.
